Ronsard Murray Greys was founded by Rachel Crothers in 1998, after finding a love for the breed when her parents purchased commercial Murray Greys from Grassmere Park located just up the road from the family property located in Wangoom, Victoria.

The stud is founded on Lindsay, Willalooka, Sherwood, and Minipre blood lines. AI programs early on added genetics from Wallawong & Montery studs, with the aim of improving growth rates and carcass quality.

While emphasis is placed on breedplan EBV’s with high growth and carcass attributes, equal emphasis is placed on confirmation and temperament when selecting AI sires and purchasing new bulls or females.
